Kelly’s first year at QB

Chad Kelly seemed on the fringe of the All-SEC quarterback discussion a few weeks ago with much of it centered on seniors Brandon Allen and Dak Prescott.

The hay’s in the barn now for the regular season, and here’s where Kelly stands. Not a bad debut for a guy who didn’t win the starting job outright until Week 3.

Where do you think Chad Kelly would be if not for Coach Freeze having faith in him? Hugh Freeze has made Chad into a better person and a dynamic quarterback who hasn’t yet reach his full potential. Chad has made the transition from community college to big time SEC in an impressive way and the ‘sky’s the limit’ for him.
It’s a comforting thought knowing Chad will be leading the Rebel offense in 2016. It would be nice if Greg Little was there to protect his blind side. :))
