BLT Dip
1 large, firm tomato, cored, seeded and diced
1⁄8 teaspoon salt
1 (12-ounce) tub cream cheese
Mayonnaise
1 jar Hormel real bacon pieces
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Place diced tomato in a colander and sprinkle with 1⁄8 teaspoon salt. Let drain.
Combine cream cheese, enough mayonnaise for a good spreading consistency, bacon pieces and Worcestershire and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in tomatoes. Chill. Serve with crackers.

Buttery Biscuit Rolls
2 sticks softened butter
2 cups self-rising flour
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
Combine butter and flour. Add sour cream and mix well. Spoon batter into two 12-count ungreased mini-muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. These freeze well.
Makes 24.
Praline Pumpkin Pie
1⁄3 cup finely chopped pecans
1⁄3 cup plus 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, divided
2 tablespoons softened butter
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
11⁄2 cups heavy cream
1⁄4 cup dark rum
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine chopped pecans, 1⁄3 cup brown sugar and softened butter. Press gently with the back of a spoon into the bottom of the unbaked pie crust.
Combine remaining 1⁄2 cup brown sugar and remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake for about 50 minutes. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.

Lasagna
1 large onion chopped
11⁄2 pounds ground chuck
1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes
2 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dry parsley
1 teaspoon sugar
Dash of Tabasco
Pepper to taste
1⁄2 box lasagna noodles
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
11⁄2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
11⁄2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
In skillet, sauté onion until lightly browned, then brown the ground chuck.
In large saucepan combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion, meat and spices. Cook on low heat until sauce thickens.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and separate.
In bottom of a greased baking dish place a criss-cross layer of noodles, half of meat sauce, half of sour cream, and half of cheeses. Repeat the process, ending with Mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
