Strawberry Cake
1 box white cake mix
1 box strawberry gelatin
34 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
12 cup water
12 box frozen strawberries, thawed
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 stick butter or margarine
1 box powdered sugar
12 box frozen strawberries, thawed
Beat cake mix, gelatin and oil in a bowl. Add eggs, one at a time. Add water, 1⁄2 box strawberries and vanilla. Pour batter into greased and floured layer cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
For the icing, melt the butter and add enough powdered sugar and strawberries to make it spreadable.

Swiss Chicken Casserole
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
14 cup milk
2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
12 stick butter or margarine, melted
Arrange chicken in a greased baking dish. Top with cheese. Combine soup and milk and stir well. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix over all. Drizzle butter over crumbs, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Red Velvet Balls
1 box red velvet cake mix
1 container cream cheese icing
2 packages dark chocolate chips for melting
1 package white chocolate chips for melting

Bake cake according to directions on the box. Let cool and crumble in a large bowl. Mix in icing and blend well. Using hands, shape into balls. Freeze balls overnight.
Melt dark chocolate and dip frozen balls in chocolate until well covered and place on wax paper. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over balls once they’re hardened. Keep frozen or at room temperature.

Taco Soup
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
1 can ranch pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 package dry ranch buttermilk dressing mix

Brown ground beef and onion and drain. Return meat to pot and add remaining ingredients, and cook over medium heat. Top with grated cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
