Wagner-Hamilton
Mr. and Mrs. Larry Eugene Wagner of Deerfield Beach, Fla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Renee Wagner, to Thomas Haywood Hamilton IV, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Haywood Hamilton III of New Albany.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Wagner of Lake Worth, Fla., and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Welsh of The Villages, Fla.
She is a graduate of Nova High School in Davie, Fla. She is a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor of science degree in family, child and consumer sciences, and a bachelor of arts degree in early childhood education. She was a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority, where she was rush chairman and in alumni relations. She is a kindergarten teacher at Partee Elementary School in the Gwinnett County School System of metro Atlanta, Ga.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Haywood Hamilton Jr. of New Albany, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Raeburn McConnell of Tupelo.
He is a graduate of W.P. Daniel High School in New Albany. He earned a bachelor of business administration degree and a bachelor of science degree in journalism at the University of Mississippi. He earned a master of business administration degree at the University of Alabama. In college he was a dean’s list student, and a member of the Chancellor’s Leadership Class and Sigma Chi Fraternity. He is a business consultant with Accenture in Atlanta.
The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m. May 2, 2009, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Key West, Fla. A reception will follow at Oldest House in Key West.

Riley-Troxler
John and Lennie Riley of Plantersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Grace Riley, to William Troxler, son of Jim and Elizabeth Troxler of Saltillo.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Wallender of Oklahoma, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Riley.
She is an honor graduate of Gateway Christian High School in Memphis. She earned an associate degree in nursing at Itawamba Community College, where she was on the dean’s list for four semesters. She was a member of the Mississippi Organization for Associate Degree Nursing, NCF and BSU. She is a hospice registered nurse in Tupelo.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. George C. Troxler, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Lee Swinney.
He is an honor graduate of Tupelo High School. He earned a bachelor of fine arts degree at Mississippi State University, where he was on the president’s list and dean’s list for five semesters. He earned multiple Addy Awards in graphic design and numerous fine art and graphic design awards. He was featured in a national design publication. He is a web/graphic designer for the American Family Association.
The couple will exchange vows at 4 p.m. May 2, 2009, at the Private John Allen Fish Hatchery in Tupelo. A reception will follow at the Bel-Air Center.

Kikuchi-Eason
Mieko Kikuchi and Thompson Graham Eason announce their engagement.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Miyoshi and Mitsoku Kikuchi of Tokyo, Japan. She is the granddaughter of Fumi Okamoto of Tochigi, Japan, and the late Tamesi Okamoto, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Takeo Kikuchi.
She is a graduate of Shibuya Girls High School, where she was treasurer of the Student Body Government. She earned a bachelor of science degree in sociology at Taisho University in Tokyo. She received certification to teach social studies in secondary schools and she was vice president of the Tea Ceremony Club. She earned a bachelor of social work degree and a master of arts degree in teaching of languages at the University of Southern Mississippi. She was a member of the National Council of Japanese Language Teachers, 1998-1999, and 2003; Association of Teachers of Japanese, 2003; Alabama-Mississippi Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages, 1999-2000; Mississippi Foreign Language Association, 1999-2000; Louisiana Association of Teachers of Japanese, 1998-1999; National Dean’s List, 1998-1999; dean’s list, summer 1997 and spring 1998; and Social Work Club, 1997-1998. She is a relationship manager and Japanese liaison for Renasant Bank in Tupelo.
The prospective groom is the son of Nell Graham Eason of Brandon and the late Henry Noel Eason Jr. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Gideon Graham, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Noel Eason Sr.
He is a graduate of The Education Center. He is a software architect at Stuart C. Irby Co. in Jackson.

Roth-Malone
Dr. and Mrs. Philip Roth Jr. of Huntsville, Ala., announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Beth Roth, to Matthew Phillip Malone, son of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Malone of Killen, Ala.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Roth Sr. of Huntsville and Jean Robinson of Huntsville and the late Jimmie Robinson.
She is a 2001 graduate of Grissom High School in Huntsville. She is a 2005 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama with bachelor’s degrees in biology and math. She will receive her M.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham in May 2009.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Dot Summerford of Mantachie and the late Jay Summerford, and Betty Malone of Cherokee, Ala., and the late Spencer Malone.
He is a 2001 graduate of Shoals Christian School in Florence, Ala. He is a 2005 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with bachelor’s degrees in biology, philosophy and chemistry. He will receive his M.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham in May 2009.

Allen-Landers

He is a graduate of Shannon High School. He is employed at the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department in Oxford.

She is a 2004 Hall of Fame graduate of Booneville High School. She earned an associate of arts degree in accounting at Northeast Mississippi Community College and a bachelor of arts degree in accounting at the University of Mississippi. She was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Alpha Sigma Lambda honor societies. She is an internal auditor for BancorpSouth in Tupelo.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Josephine Ormon of Hickory Flat and the late Samuel Johnson Ormon, and Gladys Bowlin of Hickory Flat and the late Fielden Abston Bowlin Jr.
He is a 1997 graduate of Hickory Flat Attendance Center. He is a cum laude graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor of science degree in wildlife and fisheries science. He was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity; Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges; the Order of Omega, Omicron Delta Kappa, Alpha Theta Chi, Golden Key and Blue Key honor societies; Beta Beta Beta National Biological Honor Society; and Xi Sigma Pi National Forestry Honor Society. He is pursuing a master’s degree in public policy and administration at MSU, where he is a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He is a conservation officer for the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks.

Greenwood-Koonlaba
Amanda Greenwood of Saltillo and Cherdchai Koonlaba of Thailand were united in marriage March 19, 2009, at the Chapel in the Glen in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
The bride is the daughter of Colin and Sarah Greenwood of Saltillo. She is the granddaughter of Hattie Hall of Guntown and George Greenwood of Belmont.
The groom is the son of Namjit Onamphan and Banchoed Chaitawong of Thailand.
Whitley Blankenship of Guntown was maid of honor, and Maggie Sloan of Florence, Ala., was bridesmaid. Don Greenwood of Saltillo was best man.

Stovall-Blanchard
Leonard and Lola Stovall of Chesterville announce the engagement of their daughter, Shelia Diane Stovall, to George Dexter Blanchard, son of Mary Agnew of Verona.

Wade-Hubbard
Jan Wade of Saltillo announces the engagement of her daughter, Joanna Carol Wade, to Britt Adam Hubbard, son of Jim and Suzanne Hubbard of New Albany.
The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Joseph Wade. She is the granddaughter of Clara Conway of Alpine and the late Bill Conway, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Doc Wade of Guntown.
She is a graduate of Southside High School in Southside, Ala. She is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting with an emphasis in public relations. She is a pharmaceutical sales representative for Nova Quest and Abbott Laboratories.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Ethel Morrison of Pontotoc and the late Gernie Morrison, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Odie Hubbard of Bruce.
He is a graduate of W.P. Daniel High School in New Albany. He earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in forest resources at Mississippi State University. He is an employee of The Garden Center in Oxford.
