TUPELO
Student art exhibit will end on Friday
– Time is running out to see an exhibit of work by Tupelo High School’s Advanced Placement art students.

‘Dance Happening’ set for Saturday
– Tupelo Academy of Dance Arts will present its “Dance Happening 2009” at 2 and 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Tupelo Civic Auditorium.
The 2 p.m. show will feature younger students in “Disney Princesses,” along with advanced dance presentations.
The 6:30 p.m. show will include ballet, jazz, hip-hop, senior salutes and lyrical productions by older students and Tupelo Ballet Company dancers.

AMORY
Dogs welcome to compete in show
– The 2009 Relay for Life Dog Show will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Frisco Park in Amory.
There will be multiple categories, and a $5 entry fee for each category. Proceeds will support the American Cancer Society and the Monroe County Relay for Life event on June 19.

Thespians stage ‘Cemetery Club’
