Sisters quartet to reunite in Tupelo Saturday, Sunday

By NEMS Daily Journal

A former ICC standout and New Orleans Saints wide-receiver will accompany his wife as she reunites with her musical sisters for two performances this weekend.
Former New Orleans Saints wide-receiver Joe Horn will be on-hand as his wife, Lacreshia, sings with her three sisters.
The Beene sisters grew up in Chesterville but now they’re spread out in Connecticut and Georgia, as well as in Northeast Mississippi. They sang together at the New Year’s Eve watch service at their home church, Temple of Compassion and Deliverance, now they’re coming back for another reunion.
The sisters will sing tonight at 6:30 at TCD, 1148 N. Madison Street. Sunday they’ll perform at 5:30 p.m., along with several other groups, at St. Paul United Methodist Church’s Christian Life Center, 502 N. Spring Street. Joe Horn will also sign autographs Sunday. Admission Sunday is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 5-13. Children under 4 get in free.
