ASD conservator approves January agenda

ABERDEEN – From the January agenda of the Aberdeen School District, conservator Bob Strebeck approved the resignation of Mary Robin Coggin, Aberdeen High School science teacher and Alexander Williams, Aberdeen School District speech therapist.
New hires included Jessica Kelly, Shivers Middle School science teacher; Jeremy O’Neal, school psychologist; Curtis Outlaw, substitute security guard; and Alexander McMillian, AHS custodian.
Policies and procedures approved included a revised and updated policy procedure handbook for the district, policy ICDC tutorial programs and a technology plan.
Specific items approved included a revised and updated job descriptions handbook of the district, an instructional coach job description, an instructional tutor job description, a fund-raiser request of the AHS girls basketball team to solicit donations and a $100 gift from Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in support of the AHS track renovation.
