Dale Swann, 59

Willie Dale Coleman Swann Floyd, 59, died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at her residence.
She was born in Union County on Jan. 19, 1953, to W.D. “Sport” Coleman and Mary Ruth Bagwell Coleman. She went to school at Myrtle and played basketball for the Myrtle Black Hawks. She was a homemaker and a restaurant worker. She was a Methodist and a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Services were at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, at United Funeral Service chapel in New Albany with Bro. Jerry Lowery officiating. Burial was in the Bethlehem Cemetery. United Funeral Service was in charge of the arrangements.
She is survived by her husband, Roger Floyd of New Albany; two sons, Johnathan “Heath” Thompson (Iris) of Johnson City, Tenn., and Donald “Keith” Crumpton Jr. “Skeeter” (Ashlee) of New Albany; one sister, Ann Garrett of New Albany; and three grandchildren, Anna Kate Thompson, Eli Garrett Crumpton and Owen Davis Crumpton.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Horace Coleman.
Pallbearers were Justin Scott, Justin Rowell, Clay Hogue, Derrick Crumpton, David Hooker and James Tate.
Honorary pallbearers were Jesse Jr. Walker, Richard Floyd, Donnie Crumpton and J.C. Bennett.
