Louise Tucker, 92

Vera Louise Tucker, 92, of Pontotoc, died Monday, March 25, 2013, at Graceland Care Center of Pontotoc.

She was retired from Belden Wire Manufacturing. She was a member of Bethlehem Homemaker’s Club and the Forever Young Club. She enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling.
Services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, at Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc with the Rev. Don McCutchen and the Rev. Tim Tucker officiating. Burial was in West Heights Cemetery. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her sister-in-law, Minnie Tucker; her niece, Yolanda Tucker-Hall (Bobby) of New Albany; four nephews, Joe Tucker (Beverly), Mark Tucker (Sherry Phillips), Tim Tucker (Lorena) and Eric Tucker (Anna), all of Pontotoc; 13 great-nieces and great-nephews; and 19 great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; and one great-great-great-nephew.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elbert B. Tucker and Annie Mae Waldo Tucker; her sister, Hazel Sullivan, brother, William Baxter Tucker; and one great-nephew, Lance Cpl. Marc Lucas Tucker.
Pallbearers were Tim Tucker, Joe Tucker, Mark Tucker, Eric Tucker, Travis Jenkins and Ray Voyles.
