As a parent I appreciate more than you know your acknowledgement of the
    New Albany Bulldog Tennis Team.
As parents we are so PROUD of our Athletes because we know more than anyone their commitment to hard work for their team and their sport. The recognition and support from
our community is very greatly appreciated. I am enclosing a copy of my email to WTVA because I feel you might understand how truly pleased we are with our hometown newspaper because I am so incredibly dissatisfied with their coverage of our sport.

Thank you again for your support it means so much to our kids that their hard work is recognized.

    Mr Holder
I am wondering if it is your normal practice to seemingly pick and choose which local high school sports you report. I have watched your last few evening reports with anticipation that given we are entering our playoffs you would report something…anything but alas nothing. You seem to report on every other sport. You even note the individual golf scores. Which seems strange when Tupelo High School Tennis has a superb team.

    Last night at Lafayette, winning,

New Albany High School Bulldog Tennis Team clinched their 2014 DISTRICT Championship.  These hardworking ATHLETES,  whose season really runs 12 months a year if they are to stay on top, DESERVE to be ACKNOWLEDGED when they win.

North Mississippi has some of the BEST players in the state and ALL are ranked among the top tiers of their age divisions with the USTA.

Please reconsider..and give them the recognition they have earned.

    Thank You
