MADISON, Miss. (AP) — Three men accused of carjacking an elderly man outside a Madison drug store are scheduled to make their first court appearances Monday.

The Clarion-Ledger (http://on.thec-l.com/GMuZZ5) reports that Madison police say the victim is in good condition.

Madison Municipal Judge Dale Danks has set bond at $1 million each for 22-year-old Jerome Van Jr. of Chicago and 20-year-old Rashun Johnson and 23-year-old Thaddeus Henderson, both of Canton, Miss.

They’re being held in the county jail on carjacking, kidnapping and armed robbery charges.

Two were arrested after a chase Friday evening. Shortly afterward, the third was arrested.

It could not be determined Sunday whether they had attorneys.
