3 Doors Down bassist guilty of DUI in Miss.

D’IBERVILLE, Miss. (AP) — 3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell has been convicted on a DUI charge in Mississippi.

The Sun Herald reports that Harrell was convicted Friday and must attend a DUI intervention program.

Jackson County Justice Court Judge David McVeay issued the decision the day after presiding over Harrell’s trial in D’Iberville Municipal Court.

Harrell was charged with DUI after he crashed his Cadillac into the back of a pickup truck in D’Iberville in 2012.

Harrell also has been charged with DUI vehicular homicide in Nashville in April.
