ABERDEEN – Aberdeen School District conservator Mac Curlee approved the resignation of Aberdeen High School principal Demond Radcliff effective Dec. 20, and an interim replacement has been named to fill his place.

“I was able to honor his request to serve in different options,” Curlee said. “Dwight McComb will serve as interim principal effective January 6, and Mickey Millen will serve as interim assistance principal effective January 6.

“Both have a wealth of experience and knowledge in their respective positions and it will be a good situation for the faculty and students.”

A search for a principal for the 2014-2015 school year will begin with the start of next semester.
