Agents with the Mississippi Attorney General’s office raided an Okolona business Saturday and seized items that may have been sold as designer brands but are not.

The Okolona Police Department and Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Department were call to assist investigators with the Attorney General’s office when they went into Urban City Fashion and removed a number of items.

“This is part of a joint investigation by Okolona Police Department, Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Office and our office’s intellectual property theft task force following several tips,” said Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood. “There is nothing more we can make public at this time.”

A spokesman with the Attorney General’s office said Tuesday that no arrests had been made and no charged filed.
