BIZ BUZZ BLOG: New coffee roaster in Tupelo

By Sarah Robinson/NEMS Daily Journal

A new coffee roaster opened on Coley Road in Tupelo. Thomas Street Coffee Co., a division of the American Family Association, roasts premium coffee blends from around the world.

So, the name is a little confusing, but the coffee is excellent.

Coffee samples are available though they don’t currently brew coffee for sale in the store. Twelve ounce bags of whole or grounded beans are available for $12. Beans are grown by faith-based farmers from around the world.

The store is open 8 a.m. to 4p.m. Monday through Friday. Stop in and say hello if you’re in the area.

Tupelo native Kyle Benson has taken over as master roaster.
