BAY. ST. LOUIS, Miss. (AP) — Authorities are trying to determine the identity and cause of death of a man whose body was found in the Mississippi Sound in Hancock County.
WLOX-TV reports that the body was found about 1 a.m. by fishermen floundering about a mile east of the Silver Slipper Casino. The victim didn’t have any identification.
Officials said the man is between 45-50 years old, 170 pounds, 6 feet tall with an unusual tattoo. The man also has his ears and nose pierced.
Hancock County’s coroner said an autopsy will be done to determine the cause of death.
