CORINTH – The suspect held in a Wednesday night shooting and charged with murder was arraigned in Corinth municipal court on Friday.

Bond for Amartrie Moss, 17, of Corinth, was set at $500,000 by Judge John Ross, on the recommendation of Corinth police Capt. Ralph Dance.

Corinth attorney Clay Nails was appointed as Moss’s legal representative after Moss filed as an indigent defendant.

Nails said he will ask for a reduction in the bond during a Monday preliminary hearing, terming the amount excessive.
