Jennings is a programmer in the company’s information systems department, where he has been employed for seven years.
Three Rivers Planning and Development District Inc. and Topashaw Farms Partnership have been named the Health Link Employer of the Year for their respective divisions.
• Three Rivers Planning and Development is a private, nonprofit organization formed by local government entities and business leaders to promote overall economic development, foster responsible short- and long-term community planning, and aid general civic, social and economic development. Under the leadership of Vernon R. (Randy) Kelley III, Three Rivers promotes, administers and interprets a wide variety of programs that fall under the jurisdiction of various state and federal agencies.
1971, Three Rivers has been providing assistance to its economic and community development partners. Three Rivers’ core service area includes Calhoun, Chickasaw, Itawamba, Lafayette, Lee, Monroe, Pontotoc and Union counties.
Three Rivers has been a member of the Health Link network since October 2000.
• Topashaw Farms Partnership of Vardaman was named Health Link Small Employer of the Year.
Topashaw Farms was established in December 1999 and has been a member of Health Link since March 2002. Owners Joe and Melissa Edmondson employ 20 full- and part-time employees. Topashaw Farms Partnership harvests sweet potatoes, gins cotton and raises cattle.
• Wesley H. Jones is celebrating 20 years as a financial adviser with Northwestern Mutual
He received the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Quality Award for 2012-2013, which recognizes commitment to excellence in service to clients and industry.
Jones received his B.A. in insurance and finance from the University of Mississippi.
