Several organizations in Northeast Mississippi were among the Mississippi Business Journal’s 2013 Best Places to Work in Mississippi list. The program is produced each year with Southern Research, which surveys employees of all nominated and participating companies.

This year’s winners are:

• Mega-large category – first place, Community Bank; second place, Camellia Healthcare; third place, Renasant Bank; finalists, Grand Biloxi Casino Hotel Spa and Hol-Mac Corp.

• Large category – first place, Southern Pipe & Supply Co.; second place, CF Industries.

• Medium category – first place, Adams & Reese LLP; second place Bombgar Corp.; third place, Metropolitan Bank; finalists, Ross & Yerger Insurance, All American Check Cashing, Jackson Municipal Airport Authority, Baker Donelson, Venture Technologies and New South Neurospine.

• Small category – first place, Copeland and Johns; second place, Key Staff Source; third place, Tempstaff; finalists, Rushing & Guice, May & Company, Godwin Group, Eubank Betts Hirn & Wood, and Synergetics DCS Inc.

Wesley Webb, broker/owner of Moss Oak Properties of Tupelo, has been named the Realtors Land Institute’s 2013 Land Realtor of the Year.
He’ll be presented his award at the 2013 Mississippi Realtors Convention next month in Biloxi

Dr. Chika Iwueke has joined North Mississippi Medical Center Behavioral Health Center as a psychiatrist

Iwueke is moving to Tupelo from Memphis, and is originally from Nigeria.

He received his medical training from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, where he also completed his residency in the Department of Psychiatry. During his residency, he served as chief resident.
