The gas stations surveyed by the Daily Journal showed prices declined in 11 of 13 stations and two held steady at the other two.
The lowest price found today was Fulton, at $3.18 a gallon, followed closely by Sherman at $3.19.
The highest price, for the second week in a row, is Ripley, at $3.37.
Statewide, the average was $3.32, down 4 cents from a week ago. The national average of $3.59 also is 4 cents lower.
