TUPELO – The C-SPAN School Bus, a 45-foot television production studio and demonstration center, continues its trek around the country with a visit to here Tuesday.
From 9-11:30 a.m. the C-SPAN School Bus will visit Tupelo Middle School. From 4:30-6 p.m. the bus will visit Tupelo City Hall. During both visits, the bus staff will provide tours and demonstrations to students and members of the community.
The visit is sponsored by Comcast Cable.
“By sponsoring the C-SPAN School Bus, Comcast Cable provides a valuable service to our community,” said General Manager Pete Clark. “Through presentations and other events aboard the bus, students and teachers can learn how C-SPAN's unique public affairs programming can be used to enhance learning in the classroom.”
