By NEMS Daily Journal

Two Lee County men face prison time on federal child pornography charges.
Thursday, Bradley Pegues, 21, of Belden was sentenced to 60 months in prison after pleading guilty to using the Internet to receive computer files of child pornography. The U.S. Bureau of Prisons will decide where he will serve his time.
Larry Terrell Hooks, 32, of Tupelo pleaded guilty to one count of possessing computers and child pornography downloaded over the Internet.
Hooks will be sentenced after a report is developed to help the judge decide what punishment is appropriate. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
