Clerks' offices to be open Saturday

JACKSON — Mississippians who want to vote by absentee ballot have until noon Saturday to do so.

The secretary of state’s office says circuit clerks’ offices are required to remain open until noon Saturday for that purpose.

The general election is Tuesday.

Absentee ballots that are mailed have to be received by the circuit clerks by 5 p.m. Monday.
