Just Bread
1 loaf French bread
Softened butter
Red and black pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
Dried parsley flakes
Split French bread in half horizontally. Spread softened butter on each side. Sprinkle with red and black pepper, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Steak Marinade
1 bottle Dale’s marinade
40 ounces Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup garlic salt
1/4 cup seasoned salt
1/4 cup black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bottle with a top and shake to combine. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before using on steaks.

No. 7 Rub for Ribs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated garlic
1/2 cup kosher salt
1/2 cup paprika
2 tablespoons granulated onion
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a container with a top. Rub on ribs 4 to 6 hours before cooking.
