CORINTH – Keep Corinth-Alcorn Beautiful has organized a free hazardous waste collection day on Saturday at the county’s solid waste transfer station on South Harper Road.
The event is funded by a grant from Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, which will pay the cost for contractor Complete Environmental of Purvis to collect and properly dispose of the items collected.

Employees with Caterpillar have offered volunteer assistance, Rose said.
