Couple accused in child porn case

OXFORD – Brianna and Christopher McMillen have been indicted on federal child pornography charges.
The Tupelo couple was indicted March 25 and appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge S. Allan Alexander in Oxford.
Their actions reportedly occurred about March 6.
Brianna, 24, is charged on two counts, distribution of child pornography and possession of computer equipment that transported pornographic images across state lines.
Christopher, 31, is charged with one count, possession of the equipment.
If convicted of all charges, she faces up to 30 years in prison and $500,000 in fines, and he faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Christopher pleaded not guilty April 1 and is being held in jail.
Brianna had her initial court appearance March 30 and was released on $10,000 bond. She waived arraignment and pleaded not guilty.
