Couple sentenced to prison for child porn

ABERDEEN – Christopher McMillen of Tupelo was sentenced to 10 years in prison Tuesday on a federal child pornography charge.
He and his wife, Brianna, 26, were indicted on child pornography charges in April 2010.
Just before his trial began, she pleaded guilty to one count of possessing computers and files containing images of child pornography.
That’s the same charge a jury found him guilty of April 12 before U.S. District Judge Sharion Aycock. On Aug. 2, Aycock sentenced Brianna McMillen to 97 months in prison.
The pair were arrested in March 2010 at their Highway 178 trailer home in Lee County. They each faced up to 30 years in prison and $500,000 in fines.
After Christopher McMillen is released from prison, he will be on supervised release for 15 years.
