Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi Inc. needs help solving a bank robbery that occurred in March at a branch of Peoples Bank & Trust Co. in Tupelo.

Around 1:30 p.m., Thursday, March 14, the bank branch located inside the Kroger food store on Barnes Crossing Road was robbed.

The suspect walked up to the counter and passed a note to the clerk demanding money. The clerk complied with the demand, putting the money in a bag the suspect provided. The suspect then left the scene.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 25 and 30 years old. He stands about 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet tall and weighs between 160 and 170 pounds. He is dark complexioned and has short dark hair.

He was last seen wearing sunglasses, blue jeans and a tan and green shirt.
