OXFORD – Bobby C. Dozier of Tupelo pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of possessing child pornography.
Dozier, 46, was indicted in July and will be sentenced by Senior Judge Glen H. Davidson in a few months after a report is developed by the U.S. Probation Service.
In a 22-minute hearing in federal court, Dozier admitted that he possessed computer hard drives containing child pornography that had been sent by interstate and foreign commerce.
He faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
