Drug court accepting applications for help

Drug court is an alternative to traditional prosecution and incarceration of nonviolent offenders with substance abuse problems.
The four-phase program, which can take two to four years to complete, requires participants to complete an intensive drug treatment program, meet with the drug court staff every week in Booneville, pass twice-a-week drug tests and other criteria.
Call the Adult Drug Court at (662) 728-4060 to find out how an individual may become a drug court participant.
