Assistant Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine Ret. Maj. Gen. Michael Kostelnik, left, speaks with American Eurocopter President and CEO Marc Paganini after U.S. Customs and Border Protection took possession of its first EC-120 Eurocopter from the production facility in Columbus on Friday. It was the first of 10 ordered by CBP, which will use the helicopter to provide low-level surveillance and security patrol. The helicopter will be completed, test flown and delivered by the Columbus plant, which was selected two weeks ago to produce the new U.S. Army Light Utility Helicopters.
