Falkner got two 2-yard touchdown runs from Kendrick Williams as the Eagles shut out H.W. Byers 27-0 on Thursday night.
Tray Woody opened the scoring for Falkner with a 1-yard run with 11:55 left in the second quarter. The try for two failed and Falkner led 6-0.
Williams added his first score of the night just before the half and Hunter Hopkins added a two-point conversion as the Eagles led 14-0 at the half.
Williams called his own number again and scored on a 2-yard plunge with 7:13 left in the third for a 20-0 lead.
Woody added a 1-yard run in with 10:49 left in the fourth quarter for the final score.
The Eagles (7-2, 6-1) will travel to Smithville next Friday to take on the Seminoles, who also has one loss in Division 1-1A play.
Vardaman is leading the division with a 6-0 record, leaving Smithville and Falkner fighting for second.
Byers (4-4, 4-2) hosts Biggersville next week and is likely the fourth team out of 1-1A.
