TUPELO – Alan W. Crisostomo of Saltillo faces three federal charges associated with claims he sought to entice two minors to produce child pornography.

Crisostomo, 19, was indicted last September, but details have just appeared on the U.S. District Court’s electronic documents system.

A federal grand jury accuses him of using his cell phone to entice the minors about Aug. 3, 2013, to have sex with each other and with him to make images for interstate distribution.

If convicted, he faces at least 25 years in prison.

On the court docket, the government asks that Crisostomo be brought into court for prosecution on a charge different from one he is in jail for.

Lee County Jail records show he is in the Tupelo facility on $25,000 bond after an Aug. 5 arrest on two charges similar to the federal allegations.
