FELONY ARRESTS

The following people were arrested on felony charges during a 72-hour period ending at 5 p.m. April 11:

Tupelo City Jail

-Corey Fair, 24, 701 James St., was charged Tuesday with possession of crack cocaine and the misdemeanor offense of possession of marijuana, less than an ounce. He was released Wednesday under a bond of $50,000.

Lee County Jail

– Richard Beasley, 33, Shannon, was charged with possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute. Beasely remained in jail Wednesday afternoon. No bond had been set.

– Jeff Bruce, 18, Route 1, Mooreville, was charged with four counts of burglary of a dwelling and one count of burglary of a commercial dwelling. The amount of his bond was not available.

– Deborah Boyles, 30, White Creek, Tenn., was charged Tuesday with with possession of Schedule IV narcotics. She was released Wednesday. The amount of her bond was not available.

– Marion Davis, 40, Highland Circle #36, Guntown, was charged with conspiracy to distribute crystal methamphetamine. A bond of $5,000 had been set for him. He was still in the Lee County Jail Wednesday afternoon.

-Kim Mixon, 24, Verona, was charged Tuesday with conspiracy to possess crystal methamphetamine. She was released Wednesday under a bond of $1,000.

– Christopher McCullough, 17, Route 2, Saltillo, has been charged with four counts of burglary of a dwelling and one count of burglary of a commercial dwelling. Bond had not been set Wednesday afternoon.

– Corey Rakestraw, 17, Saltillo, was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. He was released Wednesday under a $10,000 bond.

– David Sampson Jr., 43, Route 3, Tupelo, was charged with the sale of marijuana. He was still in jail Wednesday. The amount of his bond was not available.

– Lindsey Williams, 17, 1213 E. Main St., was charged with four counts of burglary of a dwelling and one count of burglary of a commercial dwelling. He was still in the Lee County Jail Wednesday awaiting a bond hearing.

– James Steward, 20, Verona, was charged Tuesday with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, crystal methamphetamine. He was in the Lee County Jail Wednesday afternoon.

– Robert Foster, 28, Shannon, was arrested Wednesday by Shannon officials and charged with aggravated assault. A bond had not been set for him Thursday.
