TUPELO – Several North Mississippi acts are among the first bands announced for the Minerva Music Festival at Ballard Park on March 13.
Rock band Saving Abel, from Corinth, and Christian rockers Wavorly, from Tupelo, are set for the festival.
Other announced performers: Forever and Never; Allyria; Killjay; The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus; Sore Eye, Pop Evil, Gotham Road and Justify These Scars.
More bands will be announced in the coming weeks.
The festival, billed as “Tupelo’s First Alternative Music Experience,” is sponsored by Rick Dunsford Booking and Solar Enterprises.
