OXFORD – Arthur Lueking was charged with two counts of aggravated DUI on Friday in the Nov. 9, 2013, deaths of two of his friends.

Lueking, of St. Louis, Mo., was a student at the University of Mississippi when he and three other St. Louis-area students were in an automobile crash on Highway 7 near University Avenue. Christopher Grimaud and Kevin Eagen were pronounced dead at the crash scene, while Lueking and James Connors were both hospitalized.

A warrant was issued for Lueking’s arrest after police received a toxicology report on Lueking, who was driving the Ford Mustang at the time of the crash. Lueking voluntarily reported, with his attorney, to Justice Court Judge Mickey Avent’s office Friday morning.
