Four arrested in Hardee’s robbery

TUPELO – The Tupelo Police Department arrested four people in connection with the armed robber of the Hardee’s Monday night.

Malik J. Mosby, 18, was charged with armed robbery. Three others, Bryson Spragin, 18, Bronson Spragin, 18, and Dontrell Miller, 20, were charged with being an accessory to armed robbery. The suspects, all from Tupelo, were arrested over the course of the last two days, according to Lt. Jerry Davis of the Tupelo Police Department.

The West Main Street restaurant was robbed at around 10:15 p.m. Monday.

The suspects were arraigned in the Lee County Justice Court Thursday, with Mosby and Miller receiving $75,000 bonds. Bryson Spragin was given a $100,000 bond, and Bronson Spragin was given at $10,000 bond.
