With shortstop Adam Frazier’s signing this week, four of the seven Mississippi State baseball players who were drafted in June have signed pro contracts.
Frazier and the Pittsburgh Pirates, who took him in the sixth round, agreed to terms on Wednesday. He joins pitchers Evan Mitchell (Cincinnati Reds), Darryl Norris (Detroit Tigers) and Luis Pollorena (Texas Rangers) in signing.
The unsigned MSU players are junior slugger Hunter Renfroe, the 13th overall pick by the San Diego Padres, along with senior pitchers Kendall Graveman and Chad Girodo, both drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays.
