Fulton doctor gets state award

FULTON – A Fulton physician has received a state award for his work with long-term care.
Dr. Raymond Arriola, who serves as medical director for the Courtyards Community Living Center in Fulton, was chosen from a field of 10 nominees to receive the first Medical Director of the Year award from the Mississippi Health Care Association, which includes nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other long-term care homes.
Arriola was nominated by David Seay, Courtyards’ administrator, for his compassion and dedication to Courtyards’ residents and family members.
Arriola has served as the medical director at Courtyards Community Living Center for more than three years. He also practices at Fulton Medical Clinic.
