FULTON – The Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics arrested a man on methamphetamine charges Wednesday.
Timothy Jordan Gillentine, 26, of Fulton is charged with possession of precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine as well as a misdemeanor charge for possession of marijuana.
According to Marshall Fisher, director of the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, agents searched of the residence and property where the man was living at 2594 Highway 178 West. Agents said they dismantled two makeshift meth labs and seized small quantities of meth and marijuana. Also allegedly seized were items commonly associated with manufacturing meth, including lye, drain cleaner, ammonium nitrate and denatured alcohol, Director Fisher said.
Gillentine was held Wednesday in the Itawamba County Jail under a $50,000 bond. He also is on probation for a Colorado drug offense and was a no-show in Itawamba County Circuit Court for another drug charge.
