OXFORD – Ryan Dandre Hearn of New Albany faces federal charges in a Nettleton gun shop robbery.

If convicted on all charges, he faces up to 25 years in prison and a $750,000 fine.
Hearn’s indictment claims that in July 2009 he and Timothy Rydell Montgomery conspired to steal and stole three firearms shipped to The Gold Exchange in Nettleton.
Hearn was scheduled to hear formal charges against him today in Oxford.
Montgomery, 30, of Tupelo pleaded guilty Jan. 4 on two counts related to the incident. He faces up to 20 years in prison and $500,000 in fines.
