HOUSTON – In all life’s endeavors, everyone wants to have success. Living a healthy lifestyle is one of those endeavors. Keeping the body in good physical condition is important for longevity. It is not always easy. Many people struggle with their weight, but it is not impossible. Three things are vital to success:
n Faith in God
n Determination within oneself
n Support system
Believe that God will help you. Have the will to do it yourself. Get support from loved ones and those experienced in exercise and nutrition. Nothing is impossible. Set realistic goals, and take progressive steps to achieve those goals.
