ATLANTA – Mississippi-born folk singer
Caroline Herring will appear on Saturday’s edition of “A Prairie Home Companion.”
A former Oxford resident, Herring is a co-creator of Thacker Mountain Radio. She now lives in the Atlanta area.
As always, “A Prairie Home Companion” will feature host Garrison Keillor. The show, titled “Georgia on My Mind,” will be broadcast from The Fox Theatre in Atlanta. It will air on Mississippi Public Broadcasting’s Think Radio from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.
