Holly Springs hires new police chief

HOLLY SPRINGS – Holly Springs aldermen have named a new police chief after firing former Police Chief James Dean five months ago.
Former Holly Springs police officer William Hollowell will step into the new role.
Hollowell served in the Holly Springs Police Department in the 1970s and 1980s before going into the United States Army.
He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and returning to Marshall County.
