Heavens to Murgatroid! A half pound of merrywanna? OMG. Are they serious? Wasting all that kop time and effort on 8 ounces of plant material.
Are the local kops really proud of themselves for taking a dangerous marijuana addict out of the water?
    Reform our marijuana laws!

I really have a hard time viewing a 29 year old guy growing pot on a house boat as a dangerous criminal.. Maybe they should go after people selling and abusing prescription pills? How’s this for a terrifying statistic, “Drug overdose was the leading cause of injury death in 2010. Among
people 25 to 64 years old, drug overdose caused more deaths than motor
vehicle traffic crashes” and that stat is lifted straight off the CDC’s website.
