Juvenile arrested in Marshall County drive-by shooting

HOLLY SPRINGS – Marshall County Sheriff Department officers took into custody a juvenile Thursday afternoon in connection with a Christmas morning drive-by shooting on U.S. Highway 72 in Slayden. That shooting killed 16-year-old Derica Patterson of Memphis and wounded four companions in the same car.
State law forbids authorities to release the identity of most juveniles charged with crimes.
Cory Albright, 31, of Moscow, Tenn., was arrested Tuesday night and charged with murder and five counts of drive-by shooting.
Rico R. Fleming, aka Rico Pool, age 22, of Moscow, Tenn., is still at large and is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on Fleming’s location is urged to contact the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department at (662) 252-1311 or Crime Stoppers at (800) 729-2169.
