Man accused of having crystal meth lab at work

TUPELO – Police have charged Ronny Burke Jr. with attempted manufacturing of crystal meth.
Burke, 43, of Tupelo was arrested Friday at his job at Pepsi Americas Bottling Co. of Tupelo Inc. after narcotics agents found a small shake and bake meth lab in the warehouse where he worked.
Northeast Mississippi Narcotics Unit Commander Marvis Bostick said the arrest stemmed from a call from management about some meth paraphernalia that had been found in the warehouse.
Bostick said an investigation by the unit led to Burke’s arrest.
Burke is currently out on bond.
