OXFORD – Circuit Judge John Gregory on Monday revoked the $1 million bond assigned to Rico Fleming earlier this month.
Fleming, 21, of Moscow, Tenn., is charged with murder in connection with a drive-by shooting on U.S. Highway 72 near Slayden around 3 a.m. Christmas morning. The shooting left 16-year-old Derica Patterson of Memphis dead and several other people wounded.
Fleming, whose bond on a different charge was revoked by a Tennessee judge after the shooting, was captured by authorities in St. Louis on Jan. 10. He is one of three suspects who have been charged in connection to the shooting.
