CORINTH — Authorities discovered a meth lab in Corinth and arrested three people.
The Alcorn County Narcotics Unit, assisted by Corinth police, arrested 24-year-old Jessica Hope Cheatwood, 33-year-old Anthony Wayne Stanley and 41-year-old Theresa Ann Kovac, all of Corinth. Police say the suspects were charged on Monday with possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
Police said they had received several complaints about the residents that led law enforcement to suspect drug activity.
Alcorn County Narcotics Investigator Darrell Hopkins said they had reports of strange odors, a lot of ‘in and out’ traffic and relatives worried about family members.
