Mr. and Mrs. Kent Dye are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kala Elizabeth Dye, to Joshua Sidney Langston, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Langston of Calhoun City.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. R.L. Dye and the late Mrs. Anne Dye of Calhoun City and the late Mr. and Mrs. Luster Hill of Bruce.
Miss Dye is a 2003 graduate of Calhoun City High School. She is a 2008 graduate of Mississippi State University and is employed at Noxubee County High School where she is an English teacher.
Mr. Langston is the grandson of Mrs. Betty Mallory and the late Mr. R.W. Mallory of Calhoun City and Mrs. Kathryn Langston and the late Mr. Royce Langston of Webster County.
He is a 2003 graduate of Calhoun City High School. He is a 2008 graduate of Mississippi State University’s Bagley College of Engineering. He is currently employed with Mississippi Department of Transportation.
The wedding will be June 27 at 6 p.m. at The Chapel of Memories on the campus of Mississippi State University. All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and reception to follow at The Hunter Henry Center, also on Mississippi State’s campus.
